No, VAT invoices are available on request.
After we become Vat register, then only, To receive a VAT invoice, contact us via the Contact Us page after your order has been delivered. Invoices are issued post-delivery to ensure all order details are accurate.
If there is an issue with your order, such as missing items, damaged products, or delivery problems, please contact us immediately via Contact Us.

profi-inhalt is currently online-only and does not operate physical stores.
We also do not offer direct collection.
Delivery options may include courier pickup points where available (e.g., DPD or EVRi), depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us via Contact Us.
When your order status shows Complete, it usually means:
Your order has been processed
Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse
You should receive your tracking details shortly after. If not, contact us, and we’ll assist.
We aim to display current product images and packaging accurately.
However, due to supplier updates and stock turnover, packaging may vary slightly from what is shown online.
This does not affect the product itself.
If a product is listed as Type May Vary, you can leave your preference in the order notes during checkout.
We will do our best to fulfil your request where possible, but it cannot be guaranteed due to stock availability.
