We offer a simple and transparent delivery rate:

  • UK Mainland Delivery (3–5 Working Days): £3.99 Flat Rate

We offer simple and transparent delivery rates across the UK Mainland:

• Orders under £22: £3.99 delivery charge
• Orders over £22: FREE Economy delivery.

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.

There are no hidden fees, and all delivery costs are clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.


Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next working day.

Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods such as holidays or promotions.


Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to UK Mainland only
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at this time

Heavy or Large Orders

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or leave instructions
  • You may need to rearrange delivery directly with the courier

Failure to collect or accept delivery may result in additional charges.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, delivery charges will not be refunded.

While we aim to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier issues). We appreciate your patience in such cases.
