Before returning any item, you must contact us first to request a Return Authorisation Code.

Returns – Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

We accept returns in line with UK consumer law.

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Once approved, items must be returned within 14 days
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products must be in a resellable condition
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • If your order has not been dispatched, a full refund (including standard delivery) will be issued
  • If your order has already been delivered, you must return the item(s) at your own cost
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Missing or Damaged Items

If items are missing or arrive damaged:

  • Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Please retain all packaging and items until your claim is resolved, as they may be required for inspection.


Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear or similar items
  • Opened or used products

Discounts & Free Shipping Adjustments

If a promotional discount code or offer (including 10% discount codes or similar promotions) was applied to your order, the discount value may be deducted proportionally from the refunded item amount.

For orders that qualified for FREE delivery over £22:

  • If returning item(s) causes the remaining order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original delivery charge of £3.99 may be deducted from the refund amount.

This ensures the original order no longer qualifies for the free shipping promotion after the return has been processed.

All refunds are calculated based on the final discounted purchase price paid at checkout.
