Our cheeses come from the experience of four generations of cheesemaking in Ireland, using natural, local ingredients and maturing the cheese for over 10 months to bring out light tangy flavours and strong satisfying textures. Our Chutneys made by hand complements the cheeses perfectly with a variety of flavours that simply melt in your mouth. Our Handmade Irish Crackers have been developed to bring out the flavour of the cheese using local natural Irish ingredients and our Non-alcoholic ginger Port, made in Belfast, brings everything together in a food frenzy that will delight any palate.
