Brahmi herb (Bacopa Monnieri) Brahmi is also known as the ‘herb of grace’. A class of powerful compounds called bacosides found in Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi) is known to support the nervous system, cognitive function and relax the brain by balancing the Vata and Kapha doshas of the body.
