Cheese Port & Pudding Christmas Treats

Choose 2 of our wonderful handmade cheeses our selection includes Irish Vintage Cheddar, Original Whiskey Cheddar, Porter, Garlic & Herbs, or Ardagh Wine. Accompanying the cheese is some wonderful locally made crackers. Also includes a delicious handmade 450gr Christmas pudding that serves 4-5 people and can be enjoyed with a lovely glass of Non-alcoholic Ginger Port. The Ginger Port can be served neat, like a Port, to accompany the cheese or it can be combined with equal amounts of boiling hot water to make a deliciously spiced Hot Toddy. Add cloves and lemon for that extra Christmas spice. You can also mix with equal amounts of iced, still, water to make a deliciously refreshing cordial or add sparkling water to make a non-alcoholic ginger beer.
